◆ Introduction
There is no exact standard to measure this kind of product, therefore, work out this standard as a rule for producing and trading. It carries out in January, 2009 and first reviews in October, 2014. The main revised contents as follows:
-----Standard number Q/ZXY 001 changes to Q/0305SXY 001 due to the alteration of company name.
-----Standard version makes editorial changes based on GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces Q/ZXY 001-2009 and it shall go into effect on the day they are issued. It’s valid for three years and review at the deadline.

◆Powder Styrene-Butadiene Rubber (PSBR)
1. Purview
This standard limits some rules of PSBR, such as, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, mark, packing, transportation and storage.
This standard applies to PSBR. It mainly used as raw materials of producing rubber goods, furthermore it also used to make polymer modification, asphalt modification and plastics toughening, etc.

4. Experimental method
4.1 Appearance

4.2 Determination of fineness
4.2.1 Instrument
Standard sieve: twenty meshes
4.2.2 Test procedure
To weigh 100g (accurate to 0.1g) samples, put into the standard sieve and shake it until no sample pass through. Finally, it weighs residue on sieve.
4.2.3 Calculation
Calculating passing rate of twenty meshes standard sieve X1(%) according to formula (1) :

4.3 Determination of moisture content
4.3.1 Test procedure
Using watch glass to weigh 5g (accurate to 0.1g) test sample, put it in oven and dry to constant weight under 105℃±2℃. Then take it out, put into desiccator and cool to room temperature. In the end, weigh up it.
4.3.2 Calculation
Calculating moisture content X2(%) according to formula (2) :

4.4 Determination of bound styrene quality score
Determine it according to GB/T 8658.
4.5 Determination of raw rubber mooney viscosity
Determine it according to GB/T 1232.1.

Determine it according to GB/T 8656.
5. Inspection rule
5.1 Factory inspection
Products should test by quality inspection department and be an acceptable product with certificate of quality before leave the factory. The certificate of quality including manufactory name, product name, date of manufacture or lot number, standard number, examination date, examiner and inspection result, etc. The projects of factory inspection are appearance, fineness and moisture content.
5.2 Combined lots and sampling
The same lot products divided into a batch. According to GB/T 15240 to take samples and separately put it into two lightproof aluminium foil papers for vacuum seal. Then they attach labels and give clear indication of product name, date of manufacture or lot number, sampling date and examiner, etc. One samples for test another for storage.
5.3 Determination
It can be considered as qualified products as long as all the test results follow this standard. If the result doesn’t conform to this standard requirement, it should take double samples to check again. When all the results conform to this standard, it can be recognized as accepted products or it can be considered as unaccepted goods.
5.4 Model inspection
One of the following cases should take model inspection:
A) firstly go into operation;
B) Great changes of raw materials and technology;
C) Requirements put forward by consumers and technical supervision department;
D) Taking model inspection at least once every two months in general production.
Model inspection projects are all projects that decided by this standard.
6. Mark, packing, transportation and storage
6.1 Mark
The package of products should have clear and firm mark. It includes manufactory name, product name, date of manufacture or lot number, net volume, standard number, avoid direct sunlight and rain markings of GB/T 191, etc.
6.2 Packing
Products’ sealed package has two layers, the inner one is black polyethylene vacuum package and the outside is carton.
6.3 Transportation
In the transportation process, avoid insolation, rain and take care of products to prevent packing damage.
6.4 Storage
Store in shade, ventilated and dry storehouse, avoid pile up in open air and under direct sunlight.
7. Security
PSBR stores in vacuum package. It easily causes self-ignition if left untouched for long periods of time after open it, therefore, timely seal up it.
