On Nov. 9, 2017, Shandong Xiangyuan Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. completed the 8,000 ton / year high performance SBR rubber asphalt modifier project (Phase II 4,000 ton SBR rubber powder asphalt modifier).

     According to the requirements of the Interim Measures for Acceptance of Environmental Protection for Completion of Construction Projects, the completion inspection team carefully examined all the information and site conditions involved in the project, conducted a detailed analysis and discussion, and put forward rectification suggestions. The expert group agreed that after the project is supplemented with relevant information and the site is properly rectified, the project can meet the acceptance requirements of the environmental protection upon completion of the project, meet the acceptance criteria and agree to pass the inspection.
