**of Self-adhesive waterproofing membrane

 

1. Paste sealing tape:
    As the underground waterproof layer is in the same plane, If the lap seam processing is not good, it is prone to leakage. Therefore, on the plane and facade parts ,the bonding lap seams bonded by adhesive , must be further sealed with a sealing tape, the width of the sealing strip is 120mm, the method of attachment is: cut 120mm width same Coil sealing strips, brush membrane adhesive or seams adhesives on its surface and the membrane lap joints at the same time, until the adhesive layer is dry to the basic non-stick state , treat lap joints as the centerline, paste the sealing strip to the edge of the lap symmetrically, and rolled tightly with a hand-held pressure roller, and then use a construction sealant seams around caulking of sealing strip, caulking width should not be less than 10mm.
2. Laying protective layer:
    After the completion of the construction and inspection and acceptance of qualified of plane and facade parts of the waterproof layer, it is appropriate to shop a layer of bitumen waterproofing membrane to do to protective and isolate layer, should be laid with a little adhesive to prevent displacement when pouring a fine stone concrete rigid protective layer. After Protective and isolate layer is laid, you can pour 40 ~ 50mm thick fine stone concrete protective layer. During the pouring of fine stone concrete, do not lose the protective barrier and the membrane waterproofing layer. If there is any loss, it is necessary to repair the membrane waterproofing layer in time and then pour the protective layer of fine stone concrete after the repair ,so as to avoid the potential leakage.
3. Make temporary protective walls:
    In the pouring of structural walls, the traditional temporary processing method to the opposite part of the waterproof layer and linoleum protective layer is to temporarily lay them on the plane permanent protection walls, and then use lime mortar to pave single brick temporary protective walls to press linoleum and membrane. The disadvantage of this method is that once the structure wall is built, the temporary protective wall for pressing the linoleum and the coil needs to be disassembled, thereby destroying the linoleum and the coil, which often leaves a potential danger of leakage. The solution to the above defects is: in pavement of single brick temporary protective wall, the first skin and the fourth skin are paved with lime mortar , the middle two skins are paved with cement mortar. The membrane waterproof layer is flush with the third brick wall, and the fourth brick only presses the head linoleum.
4. Pouring the surface protection layer and the facade protection layer:
    After the linoleum protection layer is laid, the plane parts can be poured 40 ~ 50mm thick fine stone concrete protective layer, the surface part of the waterproof layer surface is wiped 20 mm thick 1: 2.5 ~ 3 Cement mortar leveling layer to be protected. It should be mixed with micro-expansive agent. After the maintenance and curing of fine aggregate concrete and cement mortar protective layer, it can be lashed steel according to the design requirements, set mold to start pouring concrete floor and wall construction.
5. Wiping cement mortar on the external wall surface of the structure layer to level layer:
    Firstly, remove the temporary protection of the wall, and then plaster cement mortar on the external wall surface to level layer.
6. Paving waterproofing membrane on the facade:
    Tear off the upper linoleum protective layer on the waterproof membrane, exposing the membrane waterproof layer, paving along the structure of the outer wall. When paving, the upper membrane over the lower one should not be less than 150mm, short side lap width should not be less than 150mm. In case of buried pipes and other parts, must be strengthened with additional membrane and then apply waterproof layer. After the paving is finished, all the waterproofing membrane bonded with adhesive shall be caulked seams by using sealants, and the seams shall be covered with seam seal, sealed with sealing materials.
7. Construction of waterproof layer protective layer on exterior wall :

    After inspection and acceptance of qualified of external waterproof layer ,and confirmation of no hidden dangers of leakage, the outer layer of the membrane waterproof layer can be pasted by adhesive sticky with 5 ~ 6mm thick polyethylene foam sheet or 40mm thick styrofoam protective layer.
8. Preparation work of construction:
    Preparation of underground waterproofing membrane construction work, the necessary supporting materials, equipment and paving methods and precautions are the same with roofing waterproofing membrane construction. When the local water level is high, drainage work should be done so that the water level can be down to the lowest elevation of the bottom of the membrane waterproof layer, which is not less than 30mm, to facilitate the primary drying and adhesive coagulation. After the construction is completed, still have to continue to drain more than 7 days, so that the adhesive has enough curing time.
9. Pavement of permanent protective wall:
    Outside the design position of the structural wall, use M5 mortar to pave half-brick thick permanent protective wall. The wall should be about 160mm higher than the structural floor.
10. Deformation joints waterproofing of Structural layer below:
    Fill caulking material in the deformation joints waterproofing of structural layer below the base layer .
11. Apply cement mortar to level layer:
    Apply 1: 2.5 ~ 3 cement mortar mixed with micro expansive agent on the surface of cushion and permanent protective wall to level layer. Thickness of the Leveling layer, the angle of inside and outside corners and flatness should be consistent with specification or design requirements..
12.Coat primary treatment agent:
    The leveling layer should be cleaned before coating, and then in accordance with the different types of membranes, coating the corresponding primary treatment agent on the surface of leveling layer, if use empty pavement method, the coating of primary treatment agent can be deleted.
