Application of waterproof coating

II. Application of new materials

1, polymer modified asphalt waterproof coating

Polymer modified asphalt consists of two parts: polymer and asphalt base. polymer has good compatibility with asphalt, which can impart some characteristics to asphalt and further improve the performance of asphalt.Polymer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane is mainly coated with SBS, SBR, app, AIA 0 and other polymer modified asphalt.Aiming at the traditional method of boiling asphalt in an iron pan to make waterproof, the technology is upgraded and the asphalt is modified into a waterproof coating which can be directly painted.Has the advantages of low cost, no pollution and convenient construction, and eliminates the complicated working procedure of boiling asphalt in an iron pan. 

2, polymer cement waterproof coating

5, polyurethane waterproof coating

Polyurethane waterproof coating is usually a liquid two-component reaction curing coating or a one-component moisture curing coating.The first component of the two-component polyurethane waterproof coating is a hydroxyl-terminated blocked polyisocyanate prepolymer, and the second component is a curing agent. during construction, the first and second components are evenly mixed, and an elastic seamless waterproof coating film can be formed within a few hours after construction.The polyurethane waterproof coating can be applied at normal temperature, cured at normal temperature, easy to operate, and has strong adhesive force of the coating film. it has good physical and mechanical properties and excellent waterproof, acid - resistant, alkali-resistant and aging-resistant properties, and is suitable for waterproof construction of roofs, basements and other structural parts, especially for roof waterproof projects with complicated shapes. 

6, nano composite waterproof coating

Adding nano-materials to the coating can improve the anti - aging, anti-leakage and anti-washing properties of the coating, thus improving the grade of the coating and prolonging the service life of the coating film.The appearance of the waterproof coating product modified by the nano-material appears more full and even, the coating film is bright and clean and fine, the touch feeling is excellent, the waterproof property is good, and the adhesive force with the base layer is greatly improved, especially the ultraviolet ray resistance and scrubbing resistance of the modified coating are very superior.
