(1) grass-roots processing
Clean the basal surface, blow it again with a blow dryer. Repair holes, the inside angle to do R50 arc angle. Make sure the base is flat and solid. To meet the following operating conditions:
① According to the design requirements, obvious potholes or irregular protruding surface is removed, and smooth with high grade mortar. After smoothing, the substrate can not be uneven and with prominent sand;
② check whether the surface is with or without reinforcement, plastic pipe, wire and scrapped steel pipe and others, if any, cut off from the roots, scrap plastic pipe, steel pipe must be filled with high-strength cement mortar;
③ use a blade to clean up all the mud on the construction surface or loose construction waste, and clean;
④ all inside corners are inverted into a radius of more than 50mm arc angle, use the cement mortar to make the corner smoothly and evenly;
⑤ the pipe, floor drain, drain, etc. penetrate the base surface should be firm installation in the construction of waterproof, not allowed to have loosened circumstances, If the reserved pipe or drain are not installed completely, not allowed to start waterproofing layer construction;
⑥ if there are cracks, holes, honeycomb, unevenly surface in the base surface, we should use high-strength cement slurry sand for repair;
⑦ spraying process don’t allow cross-job or any fall en objects circumstances.
(2) detail processing
① Outside corner and inside corner waterproof construction
● Fine mouth spray gun spraying 1.2mm thick quick-setting spray rubber asphalt coating for reinforcement, the width required is 100mm from the sides of two arc angles ;
● The outside corners are polished into a small radius of 10mm radius. The leakage part is then leveled with cement mortar and sprayed with a 1.2mm thick quick-setting rubberized asphalt coating as a reinforcing layer. The width is to be 100mm from each sides of the two circular arc edges.
② waterproofing of expansion joints site
● Waterproofing of expansion joints site, according to the special design, spraying a thick 1.2mm thick quick-cured asphalt rubber waterproofing coating to the top of the telescopic barrier retaining wall as a strengthening layer.
③ waterproof treatment of drain
● Clean the drain around, and spray a 1.2mm thickness sprayed quick-setting rubberized asphalt waterproofing coating reinforcement layer at the fixed position of the drain, spraying or brushing evenly and fully curing .
④ water proof treatment of construction joints and width waterproof sheet
● spraying 1.2mm thickness spray quick-setting rubber asphalt paint to strengthen treatment, the width is 100mm from both sides of the slit width;
⑤ waterproofing treatment of the root canal penetrating roof
● To do clean treatment of the root canal penetrating roof , if necessary, use quick-drying water to strengthen the roots, fixed;
● spraying a 1.2mm thickness spray quick-setting rubber bitumen waterproof coating reinforcement layer, the width is 200mm, on each side of the corners is 100mm;
(3) large surface spraying
Sprayer, according to the standard process proportion of A, B two-component, sents the material to the spray gun, mixes and atomization at the same time and spray; spraying construction should be completed in sections or areas, 500 ~ 1000m2 as a region to construct, In construction ,complete the spray of the area at one time to the design thickness. After spraying, the plastic film cures in 3 to 5 seconds time, can be walked on after 6 hours , leveling layer construction takes more than 24 hours (according to temperature and humidity changes).
Spraying process needs real-time observation of spraying staff spraying practices and promptly correct errors. Test the spray thickness by caliper, spray and fill up the part of the thickness without reaching requirement. Thickness deviation reason should be summarized, timely guidance is provided to spraying personnel to control the spraying speed and control spray lap.
