SBR emulsified asphalt modifier is a stable emulsion, which specially designs and develops according to the characteristics of emulsified asphalt. In the highway construction, it widely used in preparation of a variety of micro surfacing, slurry seal, spraying and other modified emulsified asphalt, at the same time, it can also used for waterproof coating, waterproof ointment, etc. After modification of styrene-butadiene latex, it can significantly improve the sensing temperature, low temperature, viscosity, anti cracking performance and anti ageing property.
Using method:
Internal mixing method: This product can be added into emulsifier aqueous solution in the process of emulsified asphalt, and mix well emulsified with asphalt to produce stable styrene-butadiene modified emulsified asphalt.
External mixing method: Added into emulsified asphalt according to a certain proportion, mix well. It also can be added this product before using emulsified asphalt (compare with internal mixing method, this method is simple and convenient but has poor stability).
